  • 3-millimeter-thick neoprene is perforated and spandex is in mesh form so knee sleeve is breathable.
  • Knee sleeve has an anterior pad which adds cushioning around the kneecap for enhanced comfort and support.
  • Medium knee sleeve will fit left or right knee and is machine washable.
  • To determine size, measure the circumference around the center of your knee while the knee is extended: 15 – 16 inches means a large knee sleeve is the one for you.
